Know how to manage change in order to survive.
With today's accelerating rate of change, everyone needs to know how to manage change in order to survive. Those who wish to prosper in the years ahead will be those with the ability to respond quickly and effectively. This requires a simple, clear model to institute personal change.
We have to deal with changing environments:
- Waves of change are sweeping the globe, and we must learn to interpret these accurately, if at all possible.
- The change in environments of organizations as leadership style and incentives are not what they were a short while ago.
- The changing environments and its impact on your personal life. These times are are basically transforming the relationships among individuals, organizations and families.
Change is difficult and many people often try and avoid it. But you need to take charge of change. Each must define his/her own, and so the questions that beg to be asked are:
- Who am I?
- Why am I here?
- What are my priorities?
- How will I get there?
- What is the new vision?
- Will I have a place in it and fit in it?
- What do I need to learn?
- How do I maintain control?
- What do I need to give up?
- What are my trade-offs?
- Where do I grow from here?


Creative Thinking
is a powerful method that enables you to achieve your goals much faster. It works with any goal you may be doing or intend to do. This thinking method is of some of the greatest work of all the top leaders in the personal development industry.
Take action every day and implement this thinking method and create the life you want.
E.g.
- I am financially free to do what I want,and how and when I want to.
- I have the health and vitality I desire.
- I am living my dream.
- I am successful,and happy and grateful with my life.
- What is your burning desire? What is it you really want? i.e. 'I would really like to do...I would love to have...' Set goals for what you really desire, not what you think you should have.
- Once you know what it is you really want, and when you would like to have this goal show up on your life, making the time frame realistic and reasonable, then write it down, I am so happy and grateful that.....(always state you goal in the present tense) Be very specific and have a clear mental picture of your desire. Form a good, clear mental picture before you move to the next step.
- Have a mental picture of your desire at least twice a day- relaxed and comfortable with your eyes closed. Stay present and have a crystal clear focus and at the same time hold emotions of Gratitude, Happiness,and Love in your heart. Believe 100% that you have already received your desire. Feel it, believe, it and taste it! Now!
- Repeat step 3 more than twice a day. The more you do it the quicker your goal will realize.
- Take an action toward your goal everyday.
- Persevere until your goal has become a reality to you. Never give up!
- Do this exercise and enjoy the wonderful benefits.
These are the steps to become the creator of you own dreams.

Therefore, whatsoever thou resolvest to do, do it quickly. Defer not till the evening what the morning may accomplish.
