How to create your Future Letter

  • Imagine that it is one year from now. You are writing a letter to a dear friend. Write your letter about what you want to accomplish as if these things have already happened. Go into great detail.
  • This letter will help you connect with what you really want as opposed to what you think you should do.
  • (A year later...You're feeling good and positive. What has happened in the this year that you had planned and achieved, that makes you feel so good.)
  • Include:
    • your strategy for after the 'lockdown'.  
    • The changes and  growth you experienced as a result of the extra time you had.
    • The realizations of what really matters in life.
    • The changes you wish to implement.
    • The gift and value of this time with your family/loved ones.
    • When you knuckled down and created your new vision. 
    • An excerpt of a Future Letter;                                                                                                                                  “A year ago life seemed very, very bleak. Uncertainty, anxiety, and  fear was the order of the day. The silent enemy, Covid 19, had placed fear in our hearts and almost immobilized us. I realized that unless I took stock of my life and take responsibility for how I wanted to go forward, my life would  just amble away without direction, without real purpose and meaning. It did not feel good. I was going to have to make choices and consciously plot my course, and I did! 

    • I am so excited about this past year and the wonderful things that have happened. It was tough at first to stick to my schedule, but I persevered and it became easier, especially as I started seeing results…………. Explain in detail the actions you took and the wonderful events that took place.

    • Read your letter daily for at least once a month. Getting it down in writing, is the first and critical step in achieving it.
    • Watch the Universal Laws at work!
  • Take your time and enjoy visualizing your next year. You will gain clarity and can focus on creating your tomorrows, today.
