 Program Overview 

A focused three-session coaching experience designed to help you find your footing again.

Together, we create a calm, supportive space where you can step out of overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

Each session includes simple, practical exercises you can use in everyday life — not just something to reflect on, but something to do.

To support the work we do together, you will also receive a small collection of guided resources to help you integrate what you learn between sessions, including:

✔ The First Step Workbook – practical reflection prompts and grounding exercises to deepen your awareness between sessions

✔ The First Step Guide – a simple reference sheet to help you recognise fear-based thinking versus your deeper inner wisdom

✔ Guided Meditations – gentle audio practices to help calm the mind, reconnect with yourself, and support emotional steadiness between sessions

Together, these tools are designed to help you continue the work beyond our time together — so that what you learn becomes something you can return to in everyday life.

Session 1

Finding Your Ground

When life feels overwhelming, everything speeds up.  

In this first session, we slow things down - in a practical and supportive way..

You'll be guided through a simple grounding exercise that "uses breath and awareness of the body" to help settle your system. 

This allows you to:

  • Calm your nervous system
  • Slow down racing thoughts
  • step out of reactive thinking

We also work with a "name what's real" exercise, helping you separate what is actually happening from what your mind is adding.

By the end of this session, you will:

  • feel noticeably more settled
  • have a simple reset practice you can return to
  • begin to see your situation with greater clarity.

Session 2

Knowing What to Trust

Once things begin to settle, the next question arises: What do I do now?

In this session, we work through a clear and practical way of distinguishing between fear and your deeper inner knowing.

You'll be guided through a simple check-in process where you tune into your body's response - learning how fear feels, and how something steady and true feels. 

We also use a straightforward questioning approach to help you cut through mental noise and come back to what truly matters.

By the the end of this session, you will:

âś” have a practical way to check in before making decisions
âś” feel more confident in your own direction
✔ know your next step

Session 3

  Moving forward with Confidence

This final session brings everything together.

We focus on how to take what you’ve learned and use it in real life — especially when things feel uncertain again.

Together, we create a short daily reset routine (5–10 minutes) that combines breath, awareness, and a simple mental check-in.

This becomes your way of returning to yourself when things feel unsettled.

We also map out a clear next-step plan, so you leave with direction — not just insight.

By the end of this session, you will:

âś” know how to steady yourself in difficult moments
âś” move forward with clarity and confidence

As we come to the end of our time together, take a moment to notice what has shifted for you. You may not have every answer — and that’s okay.

This is not an ending…
